HOW TO CHANGE START BUTTON TEXT IN WINDOWS XP

Hey friends, hi to all of you. As Windows XP has been the most loved OS so far. This trick is a tribute to it. You have seen that ‘start written on Start button in Windows, we are going to change that text with your desired name.
How? Let`s start:
  •  First of all back up Explorer file. Open C:/Windows and look for explorer.exe and copy it to a safe place. In case of failure, we will use it.
  • Download and install Resource Hacker from here
  • Now, open it. A screen like this comes up:
  • Open up explorer.exefrom File menu (the original one in C drive).
  • Now, from left pane, navigate to:
String Table > 37 > 1033 > 578 (If you are using Luna theme)
String Table > 38 > 1033 > 595 (If you are using Windows Classic theme)
  • In the right pane, Find startand replace it with what you want.
   
  • Click Compile Scriptand Save As the file with a different name.
  • Now, open Registry Editor (Windows Key + R and type regedit).
  • Now, from left pane, navigate to:
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version\Winlogon
  • In the right pane, double click entry named Shell and enter the name by which you saved the modified explorer file.
Now, reboot and enjoy.
